Twenty-five years on from the 9/11 attacks, we remember the 2,977 lives lost and all those affected. The tragedy touched Havering too as Aon, who also had offices in Romford, losing 176 colleagues in New York. Their memory is honoured at the memorial plaque at Havering Town Hall.
