@rob_redfern @LLTCNews @AndrewSelous Agree it is chaos. I have spoken with Highways this morning and lights outside Morrisons is to do with a gas leak. Hockliffe Road is Anglian Water and is overrunning until 16th Nov. There seems to be no way to insist that they work 24 hours a day.
