@united I'm waiting on a response to escalation from my initial case due to involuntary denied boarding, botched reconnections, and reimbursement for my unused ticket portion as I booked myself a train to complete my trip from IAD to Valencia in August. Customer Care has had the escalation since 9/19. Is there an update?

Hey @AirEuropa what is going on with my baggage delay claim? I provided all my receipts and information about my bag not following me to my final destination during my August travel. No update, my claim number doesn't work on the claim status website, no one has responded to my emails, and customer service points me to a Madrid number that only beeps and no one answers.

On an international trip, headed home, and I have to praise my @wearkizik. I had planned on purchasing a new pair of kicks on my trip, taking time to break them in while slowly retiring this pair at the end of the trip. Due to a gross delay in baggage, I ended up in this pair of Kizik all week - dresses, shorts, every outfit. 36 miles in 5 days! Instead of finding a different brand in Europe, I'm going home and ordering a fresh pair of Kizik.

The pastor who did our premarital counseling died about 2 years ago. The thing I remember the most was when we were talking about family expectations. Did we intend for me to stay at home with kids, were we fine with me working? We both gave a unanimous agreement for me to stay at home. He nodded and paused. He said, "That's good you're in agreement. I will give you one thing to hang onto when you walk through that. Marriage isn't about holding to the ideals of your youth. It's about loving the other person well as they grow and change, as life throws many challenges. That means as a couple you have to be flexible. Maybe she don't like staying at home. Maybe it works for awhile, and then it doesn't. Maybe the family needs the money. Maybe everything is fine, and you'll always stay home. But it's not about just loving the person they are now, it's committing to loving the person they will become. Your commitment is to each other, not your ideals."
