#BREATHAKING was a very difficult watch having worked throughout the pandemic in a hospital. But the one thing I do really appreciate is the fact the drama acknowledged Occupational Therapy. Highlighting we all worked hard as an MDT in very touch circumstances. #ITV
Swimming accomplishment of 2023 : I have managed to swim 94 miles this year!! - 60miles of breast stroke and 34 miles of front crawl .I am incredibly chuffed- let’s see if I can do double my front crawl distance in 2024!! 🏊♀️
Undiagnosed visual perception problems can impact daily activities like finding your keys or the salt on the table. When not explained this can be very frustrating for stroke survivors and their family.

Mentally and physically tired from a 3 day wedding weekend where I had to socialise and talk to unfamiliar people constantly as well as having to fly to somewhere I’ve not been before and having to help set up the wedding venue. #Introverts#socialanxiety
A stroke can damage the way nerves control your muscles. This can cause muscle tightness and spasticity, which can be painful.
If left untreated, spasticity can cause muscles to be permanently shortened.

It’s crazy to think it’s been 14 weeks since I had annual leave. This Friday I get to have a 4 day weekend then have to wait another 7 weeks to have 12 days off on a cruise. Roll on the end of the week and roll on November. 🚢👏🏻 🍹
