@LensCrafters so I call the store to check on the status of my glasses I ordered. I get a recording that all associates are busy. Someone will return my call within two business days. Two Days! What kind of customer service is that?
@katieporteroc You obviously don’t understand the use of corporate aviation and general aviation and the economic impact it has on our economy. Not to mention corporate aircraft are most always first on the seen to help in disaster relief such as the recent hurricane in Jamaica.
@PrincessCruises there is a problem with your APP, trying to book excursions and reservations for dining and on both I get error messages and can’t complete the reservation. Can someone look into this and fix it? It is very frustrating.
@Hertz your App is broken, can’t complete a required profile validation, camera function doesn’t work! Also can’t get a receipt for my last rental! Hertz customer service is poor. Time to make a change!
@FlyFrontier We were off to Tampa until you cancelled our flight just hours before the scheduled departure. Non existent customer support, no alternative flights. Will never consider Frontier again!
