2. Will the draft happen on March 18th regardless if a deal is done?

With LOTY Owners and LOTYPA not coming to a deal today, there are a lot of questions that need answers by March 18th. A few LOTY Owners will meet tomorrow with @LOTY_Commish to hopefully have a proposal.
