Advice for Young Ministry Leaders
1. Understand your calling
2. Get some good training
3. Desire a real prayer life
4. Marry right (very important)
5. Be teachable
6. Loose the entitlement attitude
7. Learn to read good, theological books early.
8. Find and follow seasoned preachers for their depth of ministry, not their flamboyance.
9. Learn to serve right away. (It’s the little things)
10. Pray for doors to be open and closed.
11. Be you. - it may take a while to figure it all out.. just be you. Nobody has it all together.
