Multiple verified HCWs (nurses) in home care, public health and OR: today we have been informed we are being redeployed to work adult ICU and adult medical units despite many of us having NEVER worked adult or hospital nursing before.

Surgeries are being cancelled because ICU beds are filled with people who did not get vaccinated.
