With an estimated 50% of colleagues only able to hit Q4 threshold I really hope the delay from @NHSEngland is because they realise 100% activity will push more colleagues out of the NHS Hopefully even a rethink of Q4 threshold as asked @mariacaulfield

Today we went to Number 10 to talk about the obstacles to careers and progression in dentistry.

The key barrier is a failed NHS contract.

Until we see change a growing number of dentists will see no future in this service.
