@Zoomcar_India I challenge u to connect to ur own customer care. I booked a trip JPSNJYT3Q. The host came 30mins late. Car was discharged. He jumpstarted and gave it. Car stopped after 4km. Host came & took the car away. No option to do anything on app. Need solution.

@Zoomcar_India (Trip JPSNJYT3Q) how can one raise any dispute if you don't even give the option to call your customer care service? We had terrible experience when a discharged car was given to us and we could not do anything on app. The host refused to help. And app has no optn.
