@virginmedia Monday last week and they were due to call back by Wednesday evening but didn't. Because it takes so long to sort things out on the phone, we haven't have to plan when we are free for hours in our day to even contemplate calling them. I think you'd agree 7 weeks is a long time

I don't know what @Virgin are playing at but we've been waiting 7 weeks for installation 😭 My husband has received poor customer service because they just won't help us and the date has been moved back twice 🤦🏼‍♀️ I honestly don't let why it's taking so long. It's shocking

@virginmedia @virginhelp No, it's due to multiple mistakes by Virgin Media and 3 delivery delays, even though we have but in complaints because of the issues we have been having. My husband has spent an approx 16 hours on the phone trying to sort it. I'm not the account holder but enough is enough now

@asda Poole is horrific & unsafe. They clearly are not interested in customer safety 😢 It is so sad, the amount of effort small business' put in & have to close, whist a supermarket gets away with doing the minimum and stays open, it's disgusting 😔 Will not be going back.
