@elonmusk What this cartoon portrays is two protangonists dividing the spoils of war, although this isn’t the case in Ukraine where the third country not at the table is the one that was invaded in breach of promises made by the other two. Reflect on that.

@TomABacon I’m not convinced. If the freeholder needs to sell land to pay the tax, the tenant will either remain with two different landlords, or could be displaced if the new owner prefers to use the land for a solar farm. They will not be unaffected.
