I'm already a D+ subscriber & their annual fees are cheaper than the Standard plan (£99.90/year vs £9.99/month), and they allow access to 10 devices. So I won't be saving £15 in streaming apps a month, instead paying ~£20 extra.

In 2023 using 110 litres water worked out to 58p; the same amount in 2025 is £1.08.
We cannot possibly use less, and what we do

I can't fight the price rises but please can you tell me how can I challenge back this wastewater figure as I know we - and every other water-saving household like us - is being overcharged by this ridiculous % value?
