Recently closed on this project - Design/build of a skills training tower for a sheriffs department.
The image below is just a schematic but will eventually be 6 total levels.
I will also self perform the structural steel erection portion of the work.
The path to launch is filled with obstacles and success is only possible through the tireless efforts of many working together towards a common goal. “Critical Path” continues the ongoing Starship series, following SpaceX engineers through the final days before launch of the first Starship V3 and the challenges that come with development of the world’s most powerful and fully reusable rocket.
UPDATE: Crews working through the night have made significant progress in stabilizing the impacted building at 235 East 42nd Street.
DOB inspectors and engineers will remain on site to monitor the progress of work and continue their investigation into the structural failure.
Building my in house turn key PEMB system to engineer, estimate, create and send proposal, review/execute contract, line out/hire/manage manpower, release and track material, send pay requests, etc all in one shot.
So yes, its actually possible but Im using multiple different agents and integrations.
Work in progress still but thats the idea.
What could go wrong? 🤠
I’m averaging about every quarter or so where stress hits like a freight train.
Levels sky rocket, pressure starts steaming, anxiety is strong enough to drop a bull.
Physically, my body shuts down. My mind evaporates into pure disillusionment.
Why would anyone do this?

1.1 Make an ad for a plumber, buy material, then self perform. Depending on your contract, a notice to cure process may need to be followed prior to supplementing
