@sainsburys there’s a trolley man at Sainsbury, Benton Rd who is just wonderful! I’m heavily pregnant & he always collects my trolley from me if around. In fact he did it before a was pregnant too! He’s working today & would appreciate you thanking him for going above & beyond!

@sainsburys hi I’ve 2 boxes of crockery which have cracked glaze due to microwaving. They’ve been sent away for tests. I’ve received a letter stating that the stamp on the bottom says not microwaveable. Can u advise? ENQ-1636177

@sainsburys Yes they say dishwasher and microwave safe! The platter says dishwasher safe only but never used that in the microwave as it’s too big to fit anyway.

Hi @sainsburys this set states it is microwave & dishwasher safe. Unfortunately each time I microwave the varnish cracks & seems to seep? It’s now not usable as feel is dangerous.
