Today a member of Hoo's Woods Raptor Center visited our students to share about what they do at the center, about the different raptors, and to showcase the birds that they have rescued. It was such an exciting and engaging learning event for the kids.

The Janesville Area Council PTA held their awards banquet last night at Rotary Gardens. Ms. Andresen was nominated for PTA Teacher of the Year, Dr. Newman nominated for PTA Staff Member of the Year & Mrs. Kempfer nominated as PTA Volunteer of the Year. It was a great event.

Our 3rd graders got to experience the Francis Willard one room schoolhouse and tour the Lincoln Tallman house yesterday. They also got to play games and do chores that they did in that time period. @RockCtyHistory
