@LnDConnect For me it was our switch to full day workshops virtually due to the pandemic and seeing higher inclusion and higher engagement levels when experiencing a full programme of learning rather than a series of workshops alone :)

Absolutely loving work in this current situation. It has been great to spend time redesigning face 2 face training in to digital as well as taking on new opportunities where I am designing digital, virtual, fully blended and fully interactive programmes from the very start.
