"Once you achieve full reusability, then it's simply the cost of access to orbit is just the cost of propellent, because now you can reuse all aspects of the vehicle. The propellent we use for the Starship is liquid oxygen and liquid methane, which is the cheapest propellent you could possibly get.
...So the cost of propellent for Starship will be less than the cost of jet aviation fuel, which means that you should be able to actually send cargo to space for less than the cost of cargo of an airplane going on a transoceanic trip."
I am so disappointed that Elon didn't get an applause when you said this. I mean, was the audience not paying attention to the innovation level of achievement this will bring to America?
See me applauding you for this. 👏👏👏👏My heart jumped a couple beats when I heard this.
Starlink V3 satellites have >10X bandwidth of V2 and there’ll be >10X launched, which means >100X more bandwidth.
Also, altitude will be 350km vs 550km, so min latency can be cut in half.
Light travels 300km/ms in space, so physics round trip min latency drops to <5ms.
Watch now! Our innovations and technological advancements are redefining industries on Earth, while we aim to create new ones on the Moon, Mars, and beyond.

On June 4, the world marks 37 years since the Chinese Communist Party ordered its troops to attack thousands of peaceful demonstrators in and around Tiananmen Square. Those who sacrificed to uphold their unalienable rights of free expression and peaceful assembly will be vindicated someday.
If the fraud rate is really as low as Democrats claim, why are they fighting so hard to hide the data? Why not just work with USDA to audit and validate where the money is going? Their resistance to us going after fraud is part of why these programs ballooned in the first place.
Ideological conditioning and two-tiered policing are glaring symptoms of civilizational decline. They must be rejected across the West.
The United States sends our condolences to the family of Henry Nowak and the people of the United Kingdom at this troubling time.
On this day 37 years ago, brave Chinese students peacefully protested for freedom and democracy in Tiananmen Square. The Chinese Communist Party answered with tanks and violence, killing hundreds and wounding countless others.
The CCP may censor history, but it cannot erase the truth.
We remember the victims of the Tiananmen Square Massacre and stand with freedom-loving people everywhere who continue to resist tyranny and fight for liberty.
Democrat run states are refusing to share their SNAP data with the government.
Of the 29 states that did share data, $3 billion in fraud has been uncovered.
How much more are they hiding?
Today, the Select Committee honored the legacy of the June 4, 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre, and the courageous survivors who still face transnational repression from the CCP 37 years later. Special thanks to Arthur Liu, proud dad to Olympic Champion figure skater Alysa Liu, and former U.S. Army Chaplain Yan Xiong for sharing their stories from 1989, and the more recent threats against them and their families. All of us believe in the God-given rights and liberties we enjoy as Americans and pray one day the Chinese people will have these rights too.
.@USDA has NEVER had access to State SNAP data. Not until this Administration demanded it.
That’s why every figure from years past is meaningless. From the 29 states that DID share data, we’ve already identified at least $3 billion a year in fraud.
Extrapolated nationwide: more than $10 billion. This isn’t “erroneous payments.”
This is FRAUD — and yes, @RepAngieCraig, I know the difference. Do you?
Today we announced that our Health Care Fraud Unit, one of the most active white-collar litigating components across the Department, secured federal jury trial convictions involving over $1.1 BILLION in six trials in just under three weeks.
“What sets the Fraud Division apart is not only our ability to proactively detect, investigate and dismantle fraud schemes before they cause further harm, but the depth and skill of the trial lawyers who carry those cases across the finish line. The American people should rest assured that we are prepared to seek accountability at trial for health care fraudsters, whether for a $1 million fraud in Michigan or a $1 billion fraud in South Florida.” - Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald
