@royalenfield It's funny how it took a social media call for @RoyalEnfieldIn to realise that the tentative date for delivery being showed in their app is a month old.
It changed from 7 June to 19 July on & July and it is again extended to 21 July.
@royalenfield This kind of irresponsible behaviour and unaccountability doesn't suit the brand name @RoyalEnfieldIn why is no one from the brand unable to track why it is taking the bike more than a week to travel a lumpsum of 1200 kms.
Atleast have someone who can provide some believable ans
@royalenfield How hard is it @royalenfield to track the number of bookings per bike and given the production rates provide a definitive date of delivery.
Moreover the dealerships are just hellbent on scamming the customers into purchasing their helmets.
It's funny that the dealership suggested me to complaint against them because @RoyalEnfieldIn was not responding to them as well.
It has been two months of hearing 15 more days.
Thinking of changing my decision.
The customer care for @RoyalEnfieldIn is so shitty.
No tracking for the bike during transit.
It has been travelling from chennai to nagpur for the last 7 days. Customer care only "escalates" the issue to their imaginary superiors.

Request to Lift Upload Ban on Acharya Prashant’s English Channel — Seeking Help After 8 Days of Trying to Resolve Issue with YouTube Support
I am tweeting on behalf of Acharya Prashant (@Advait_Prashant) whose English+Hindi channels have 60 Million+ subscribers.
We normally handle such matters quietly with Support — but after 8 days of going back & forth, we have no choice but to tweet. We need your genuine help NOW.
Timeline:
1️⃣ Our English channel received a strike on 7th Aug for “violent content.” The video (attached) was actually about non-violence towards dogs.
2️⃣ To avoid any conflict, we deleted the video.
3️⃣ YouTube Support told us in writing:
“You can’t appeal as you deleted the video. Wait for 7 days → Uploads will start automatically.” (Screenshot attached)
4️⃣ We waited the full 7 days. Today is the 8th day, and until yesterday, the support personnel told us that the ban would be lifted at 15th Aug, 4AM IST.
5️⃣ However on the 8th day (15th Aug), Support suddenly said: “You didn’t acknowledge an email, so you still can’t upload.”
This “email acknowledgment” step was never mentioned — not in the strike notice, not in the original Support chat/email, and not at any point during these 7 days.

We’ve followed every instruction exactly, yet we’re still unable to upload even after the penalty period has ended, while millions of viewers are waiting.
Support has now asked us to wait another 7 days, making it a 14-day penalty 😐 — please review this urgently and help us restore our ability to upload.

The delivery person still has been marking that the cosignee is not available.
I have it on good authority from various gatekeepers that there has been no delivery for my address, same was confirmed by my flatmates.
@BlueDart_@BlueDartCares customer care is even worse.
@BlueDart_@BlueDartCares really shitty service by your chembur etail branch. My parcel has not been delivered for the past 2 days..
The delivery person is not even visiting the delivery address, has not tried contacting me even once through any means.
@SwiggyCares It's shameless how swiggy still keeps taking money they don't really need to.
It's funny how they will do everything in their power not to stop this while showing that the delivery guy has arrived even when they are no where near the spot to avoid responsibility for late orders.
There is no need for the round off since it is majorly digital payments..
Infact you could go upto 2-3 decimals even more if need be..
It is interesting how much money swiggy makes off rounding off in such situations..
@LeDeadChef@Swiggy@LeDeadChef Hi Aditya, it is the round-off amount charged. Usually, when the decimal number crosses 50 the next number is considered in the majority of places. Having said that, it would be helpful to our users if it is mentioned over the (cont) https://t.co/nhj8hljO9X
