Done 2 car disk renewal online 1 September 2026 to date I haven't gotten my Disk and my emails are not responded to . Call centre you stay on the phone for 2hrs without any help! Please can somebody please assist

I have done vehicle disk renewal online 1 of September 2026 to date I am still awaiting my 2 disk, I have send numerous emails with no respond and calling in is extremly costly .
I waited on the phone for 2 hours still no luck nor answer...#OnlineRenewals
