To the POZ Community,

We want to thank everyone who supported the project early on. Your belief in what we were building meant the world to us, and it still does.

Unfortunately, due to internal conflicts and a breakdown in cooperation from one of the original partners, Verunetix LLC can no longer move forward in its current form. Despite multiple attempts to resolve matters transparently and in good faith, we’ve been left with no choice but to dissolve the company and rebuild from the ground up—this time with a clean structure and a team that shares the same values and vision.

We recognize that this will affect POZ members who participated in the original pilot. We feel terrible that your contributions may be caught in the middle of this. Please know this: we are not walking away from you. A new company is already being formed, and our mission remains unchanged building a platform that empowers communities, protects consumers, and delivers real value.

We’ll be releasing more information soon about how the new system will work and what we can offer to make things right. This includes airdrops of the new token to all current POZ holders, onboarding into the new system, and first access to the platform as it relaunches under a new name and structure free from the dysfunction that stalled the project.

Thank you for sticking with us. This setback isn’t the end I t’s just a pivot to something stronger.
