We are at MD Anderson and we’re told today, in fact, that the trial was first-line only, and since we had already started SAC, we wouldn’t qualify. But since my wife’s scans did show shrinkage, we are not desperate to pivot to second-line just yet. We will explore expanded access in the meantime for when that moment eventually comes. Of course, we are sending files and reaching out frequently to @ImmunityBio at @cssifm to hopefully be seen by their team. Looking forward to following your family’s progress.

Daraxonrasib has shown a profound effect in patients!! Congratulations! Much work is being done in KRAS inhibitors. My wife has a G12D mutation that would benefit immensely from Daraxonrasib, but it is unfortunately not available outside of a trial for CRC. All we need is time! And yes, combined strategies with Anktiva!

These scans may open the door to the next phase of treatment—including the innovative immunotherapy work being pioneered by @DrPatrick @cssifm and his team.

So sorry that you are going through this. I would rejoice if someone would tell me that my Jessica (wife of 17 years and mother to five beautiful children) was going to be with me for 30 more years. Sadly, at 42, she has been diagnosed with stage iv colorectal cancer. I too am trying to get my Jessica seen by @DrPatrick at @cssifm, and am hopeful that day will come. I’m sure we share that same thought of “what affect I can make toward the bigger picture of cancer cures,” but we rest in knowing that, as husbands/wives mothers/fathers, will do all that we can to get the treatment our special people needs. God will do the rest!
