IT Helpdesk email/phone support will remain open over the Christmas & new year period via our out-of-hours team. In-hours IT Helpdesk support will close on Friday 17th of Dec at 17:00 and will re-open Tuesday 4th of Jan at 08.30.

The issues we were experiencing on Work-based Learning and the main Moodle site, have now been resolved.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the Main Moodle site and WBL Moodle Site, we are currently investigating and trying to resolve them. We will update with further information in due course.

Following maintenance work last week, the 24 hour IT room is now reopen. The number of spaces has been reduced to 8 to allow for greater distancing. Spaces in the 24 hour IT room must be booked online in advance.

It is being resolved as a matter of urgency but due to its nature your Moodle access may take up to 24 hours to return.
You are advised to access Moodle again after 1200hrs tomorrow 3.2.21
