For ‘20-21, we are ALL 1st year teachers, counselors, principals, assistant principals, & superintendents.
None of us have ever experienced what we are going to endure & accomplish this year.
We are all in this TOGETHER.
We’ll be our best.

Ts, on behalf of HS and MS students everywhere: Don’t be the syllabus & rules teacher on day 1! My son is 9 & he already knows the rules. Day 1 (and beyond) needs to be so fun & engaging that they can’t wait to come back tomorrow. Don’t follow the status quo, blow the box up!!!
Different learners have different needs. Check out these classroom practices on #differentiation from @edutopia.

no amount of preparation can predict you for the challenges God has in store ahead. tearing my ACL, medial & lateral meniscus has taught me more about myself than i could’ve ever imagined! excited to be released & ease into playing again🏀 tough times don’t last, tough people do.
