If your company uses #Evri as your delivery partner, I'll stop using your company. Absolutely shambolic service, delays, ghost delivery attempts, no card telling me my stuff was getting drenched #clowns @EVRi_Delivery @Myprotein and @Superdry use them, I recommend avoiding them.

Quick update in my case.... MYPROTEIN gave me a goodwill gesture and a replacement for the damaged product, their Customer service was quite good for me so they can do it. AND they sent the replacement via a different COURIER which pleased me no end.

I've used them for years and they are a good company, just poor suppliers / delivery partners. Hopefully once their current agreement with Evri expires they will look elsewhere.
