I called @ATT to have my gateway rebooted. The rep I ended up speaking with was doing everything but what I wanted. She was hard to understand and I had to repeat myself over and over. I just hung up with her. I don't know how much longer I'll keep AT&T.

@ATT I got it rebooted, but I was not at all happy about spending almost a 1/2 hour on 2 calls. It should only taken 1 call for such a simple request.

I just recieved my order from @shoptemu and it got here in only 4 days, which was really quick. Unfortunately item ID: RU15356 was missing the phone holder. I would have been a lot happier if it wasn't. I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from them.
