You can't just flip a switch to reach peak performance in games. You have to condition your mind every day to perform your best. If you're mentally lazy during practice, you'll be mentally weak in games.

Thank you to all the people who supported the Baseball program at Lee. The following people and businesses were very valuable to me and the program. Thank you very much. Also, thanks to all the Umpires who worked high school baseball. Many, I consider great men and good friends!
I want thank the list of principals. Great leaders and helped my efforts in my 36 years! Also the parents who worked so hard while their son played at Lee. Too many names to mention but I do want to thank Greg Mattix who worked with me for over 15 years in the concession stand.
Today I honor and thank all these assistant coaches who helped me. Great memories and hard work together. Memories: Fungo golf, a governor, fighting for a gorilla and pranks on teams. 10 ass't coaches became a Head coaches. So proud & thankful to all these men and friendship!
Today , I would like to thank all my 36 senior classes. Here is the list of players who I truly love and appreciate. Each and every class has great individuals and many, many memories. Thanks to all of you for blessing me so much!
