@Se_Railway I certainly will be. They are an absolute disgrace and totally unnecessary. They clearly lack communication training or how to deal with honest customers treating ALL with intimidation, disruption and rudeness.

Instead of deploying these people how about improving your service keeping your prices reasonable!

@Se_Railway had a similar experience in Gillingham where one stopped me despite having a valid ticket to check my valid Railcard & aggressively instructed me to go to the back of a long queue while I retrieved it. I refused & after showing he stated, “It wasn’t that hard was it”

I went in with a problem that has been fixed before under my AppleCare. The manager agreed that it had happened but wouldn’t budge from his agenda and walked away from me before we had concluded without saying anything. Rude!
