A few things changed:
Some of the high winrate wallets exited. With this wallet indication they have a high win rate for a reason they usually exit quickly) Sometimes HWR can be bullish other times it can be bearish (if theres too many) .

Another dormant wallet entered: bullish on fresh coins.
