Ian Kekaimalu Isami Lee’s journey began at Leeward CC, where connection, culture, and community opened the door to ʻike Hawaiʻi. From voyaging with Hōkūleʻa to becoming a Hawaiian Studies instructor, his path has always been rooted in learning and sharing.
Today, he continues that legacy, uplifting students with the same sense of support and belonging that shaped him.
