@HM_Passport completely incompetent, shameful service. You mess up my passport application, fail to tell me for nine weeks, hang up on me after I’ve been on hold for 2 hours, then tell me I have to wait 48 hours for a call back. Disgusting.

@JustEatUK worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was hacked over 2 weeks ago, have reported/ complained 3x via phone & Twitter, absolutely no response from your customer service team. Will not be using your platform again, clearly don’t care about your customers AT ALL

@JustEatUK absolutely shocking customer service. I was hacked last week, someone placed an order from my account, & no follow up from customer service even though I was told I’d hear back w/in 48hrs (it’s been 144hrs & counting)
