@RepStutzman Mr. Stutzman - you seem to misunderstand how tariffs work. We the American taxpayers pay them. They might help when tariffs are placed on imports that compete with domestic productiong by encouraging us to buy lower-priced domestic goods - but that's not what these tariffs do.
