I’ve lived in Alberta since I was 3 and have never considered leaving. It’s amazing and I love it here.

To anyone who claims to support recovery:
If you encourage people struggling with addiction to get help, rebuild their lives, and become productive members of society, but then judge them for their past, weaponize their mistakes, and try to tear them down when they succeed then you don't support recovery at all!

As a recovering addict, I'm not surprised to see people attack Hunter Biden,or anyone who has rehabilitated their life because of past mistakes.

This kind of stigma is one of the biggest reasons people are afraid to ask for help in the first place.

Recovery should be celebrated, not used against someone because you don't like their opinions, politics, or beliefs!
