Saturday morning 60 min easy run in my Blue Thunders. It’s been a very busy two weeks, my first run in that time.

Sunday morning race day. @OmahaRunClub Lord of the Lakes finale at Wehrspann. 5k warm up, 10k race in my Lanterns. Hardware achieved.

Saturday morning quick 5 mile run around Flanagan Lake before soccer training in my Ekidens. I had to make up this run for Lord of the Lakes series.

Monday night NRC More than Running 35 min recovery run n my Blues. Tuesday track night in my Lanterns, 6-800’s did me in again.
