Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. Spoke to infectious disease Drs today and they said that she doesn't actually have Rocky Mountain fever but instead it is typhus. Same bacteria, different form of transmission. She's receiving antibiotics and seems to be responding well. Once her fever subsides they will send her home on oral antibiotics to recover at home. 🙏

Earlier today my wife, my best friend, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. After some tests she was diagnosed with Rocky Mountain fever and admitted for antibiotics. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers at this time. 🙏
