So I’m on a packed train. RAMMED. For the 65mins (&counting) journey so far, a guy has VERY loudly been on the phone to @02 complaining about their communication with him about the fact a fraudulent transaction on his phone meant they suspended his account. 1/

… issue and found a resolution. He now needs to restart his payments.

And so, dear reader, despite the suggestion he call back, the man who is adamant he played no part in the issue arising and is ‘very diligent about his data’… 3/
