My wife and I are TTC. It’s been a journey but we’ve seen a lot of progress.

Recently at a visit to our OB, we confirmed she ovulated. We were able to see the collapsed follicle! 🥹We timed the visit based on her chart. Without the charting, our visits wouldn’t be as well timed.

My wife and I practice natural family planning. I’m in the charge of the chart. So daily (yes daily), my wife and I have a conversation about her cycle. The menstrual cycle is a beautiful thing.
