I’ve decompressed after today’s big win
After listening to post game interviews, watching highlights & reflecting on where the Louisville MBB program has been over the past several years compared to where it is now, I only have one word to describe my emotions
THANKFUL
As a fan who can be too critical at times, it’s important to sometimes regain perspective
Today’s second half may not have been a thing of beauty but rather a nerve wrecking fiasco. Regardless, I’m appreciative of this team’s effort & resolve.
And I’m most happy for Pat Kelsey. I have questioned him at times this season. But I want UofL to win for the fans, the city and for HIM.
Today he removed a big monkey off his back. I hope he relishes that relief and continues to become a better HC because of it.
It’s nice to be able to enjoy the rest of the first round games with your team already having safely advanced.
Progress is being made. I’m proud to be a @LouisvilleMBB fan
