A stepping stone series doesn't need a completely different car/identity. Guess we're lucky not to have a minivan series with this mindset.

@jeff_gluck Theory: The last 3 races were just "OK" and not clearly a "Good" race to merit a quick yes vote, but users didn't want to vote "No" either because it wasn't that bad. So they went back to whatever they were doing prior and forgot about the poll.

@jeff_gluck If you take away the bonus points for winning, the bonus points disappear. Yep, that math checks out. His average finish is 6 spots better. It turns out that 6 races times 6 spots is 36 points - pretty close to your 35. Where is the crazy part?

@jeff_gluck Fox still struggles to tell the whole story of the race. If you have HBO, pick a driver and watch from their in-car camera. Listen to the strategy calls and drivers describe their cars' handling; watch the rabbits sprint ahead and wear out tires, then fall back.
