Kept my head down and worked hard. Tried to learn from anyone I thought was better than me at this.
Studied transcripts, read filings, scored companies honestly, and cut fast when I was wrong.
Truly humbled and grateful to the universe for giving me this skillset.
Current positions: $AEHR $FORM $MU $TSEM
Update: $BAND — Agentforce revenue is still not showing up in the numbers. The Salesforce deal is live but it's explicitly excluded from guidance.
So far it's just a telecom quarter: Voice grew 9%, Cloud Communications grew 12%. Headline +22% is inflated by pass-through surcharges.
At ~$220M/quarter, they're on track for $900-910M revenue this year (+20% reported, but only +11% on the core cloud comms line).
Company is Profitable — EBITDA guided +33%, net income +48%. But the stock needs Agentforce (AI) revenue to actually show up for further upside. Q3 print in October will be key.
WOW! What a shakeout this morning!
My new long $BAND (Bandwidth Inc): A lesser known AI infrastructure play hiding in plain sight.
The thesis: Owns a physical telephone network — one of only a few licensed CLECs in the US.
1) Their infrastructure can't be replicated. Twilio actually tried owning a network, bought a CLEC, then sold it because it was too hard. Bandwidth spent 25 years building theirs. Massive moat.
2) Revenue: $890M guided for FY26. Q1 grew 20% YoY and was a RECORD quarter — stock ripped 25% on the print.
3) EBITDA growing 31% YoY with significant operating leverage as the business scales.
4) Salesforce picked $BAND as critical infrastructure for Agentforce Contact Center.
5) Every AI voice agent needs a real phone network underneath it. Bandwidth IS that network.
6) 99%+ customer retention. 12-year median customer tenure.
7) Valuation: 2.2x P/S growing ~19%. Meanwhile Twilio trades at 3.8x P/S growing 13%. BAND is more than 2x cheaper per unit of growth than its closest peer.
I think this is a $100+ stock.
1) $AEHR Break of the rising channel and now struggling to get any momentum. July 14 earnings will be key.
2) $TSEM Could'nt hold any momentum today.
3) $VICR Break of the rising channel and similar to $AEHR struggling to gain any momentum.
4) $FORM Forming a new base, but looks very distributive.
None of my AI semi-conductor names are looking good. They are trying to recover after the damage from the recent sell of but struggling to gain any momemtum. $SOXX maybe forming an head and shoulders?
@asklivermore Indeed! Very choppy tape right now. Nothing new is sticking. Still holding the positions I started earlier this year — decent cushion on all of them. Tempted to take profits but I think it's better to hold through this volatility and let them work.
