My PhD research also looks very different, as I was supposed to be in people's kitchens cooking with them and instead I'm talking on Zoom with varying quality of internet connection and limited views of the spaces they are in.
All of our celebrations look and feel very different this year, but there are some constants in our lives and I think Christmas and other festive decorations will be a source of comfort and familiarity for many.
