Someone is selling 10.9 acres (4.4ha) of land with a working vineyard in the south of France for €900k ($1M).

The plot is planted with Grenache Blanc, Merlot, Côt (Malbec), Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Right now the grapes go to a local co-op, so there's already income off the land, just not a bottled label yet.
