Other factors that could influence its applicability could be: substrate the blood is on and possibly the size of the bloodstain. Until then, analysis would be in the lab.

@csfs1953@ontariotech_u@Elliott99Colin @theresastotes [1] Studies done by Hanson and Ballantyne (2010) in fluctuating temperature conditions have shown that time markers are identifiable. I believe we would see a general increase in metHb intensity, just at different ratios compared to our controlled experiment.
