I do have transaction details from when I had Premium. Could we work from that information please?

@SamsungUK I've spoken with them and they twice today with no avail. This is thoroughly unacceptable. Someone ay Samsung needs to rectify this. The contract between Samsung and myself was formed (as per t&c's) when I received dispatch notification. You can't then just not deliver

@lbc vaping isn't 100% safe and never will be. The point is that they're at least 20 times safer than smoking (from public health england)

@lbc let's not forget children will always get involved in risk taking behaviours. Ideally neither but better they vape rather than smoke
