@RaviKumarb2468@SpiritAirlines Gates 4, 23, 17, 23, 9 (which was a fakeout), 22, and finally 5 (fingers crossed). Never had an experience like this. Sadly people going to other destinations (NYC, Pittsburgh) had it even worse. I feel bad for the crew too!
@FitFounder Two mindset shifts around fitness:
1. Something is better than nothing (instead of previous “all or nothing” mindset, which sets one up for failure).
2. Action creates motivation, not the other way around.

The best thing my students ever gave me. I thought they were just really diligent note-takers the whole semester, but it turns out they were compiling a book of all the craziest things I'd said, all *very much* out of context. It's 152 pages long.
@andymewborn #8 has been a huge shift for me in recent years. The “something is better than nothing” approach not only keeps me in the habit, but leads to good workouts as action --> motivation.
