A power cut has hit a large part of London, leaving 32 postcodes without electricity this morning.

Offices across the City were plunged into darkness at around 10.30am, information boards went blank at Liverpool Street, Britain's busiest station, and trains stopped calling at Essex Road. UK Power Networks blames a fault on an underground cable and expects power back between 12pm and 1pm.

Britain is being warned to brace for its worst winter energy crisis in years, and the capital cannot keep the lights on on a Monday morning in October.

Apparently some of the police officers
said to the Patriots yesterday at Dover that they are appalled and disgusted at what the government is doing.

MANCHESTER AIRPORT WHISTLEBLOWER

Serious allegations are being made by someone claiming to be a serving Border Force officer at Manchester Airport.

The whistleblower alleges that aircraft are arriving between 2am and 4am, several times a week, carrying 200–300 people from the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa, who are allegedly processed by Home Office staff rather than Border Force and taken away on unmarked buses.

If this account is genuine, these are extremely serious allegations and the Government should provide clear answers.

Are these flights operating? Who are the passengers? Where are they coming from? Who authorised their arrival and what immigration checks are being carried out?

These claims need to be independently investigated and either substantiated or categorically disproved.

The public deserves transparency about what is happening at our borders.
