@discord_support 44092119 this is the ticket number. I fell for a scam and my account was hacked. The hacker impersonated a Discord Rep then told me to provide $1000 to get that information reinstated. Im a paying customer that has the year subscription for Nitro and I cant even get in my account

@discord_support This is so discouraging I have had a ticket open for more then a 45 days and I have yet to have someone assist me with my ticket number 44092119. Noo one has yet to reply or help assist me in recovering my account! ON TOP OF THAT I am a paying customer!

@discord_support How about accounts that have been affected in a scam and there are ticket's number created that hasn't been assisted in more than several weeks now.

@discord so does normally take forever for a update on a discord support ticket? Its Been a week and still no answer. After I provided all the information and additional. I, who works for a customer care rep that specialized in fraudulent activity would have a resolution by now.
