For folks seeing it on the 14th, expect some fairly clear-eyed gore, but it doesn't occupy 100% of the screentime.

If anything, Novocaine leverages the uneasiness of its violence to amplify the emotion and humor. Really unusual mix, but its sincerity shines through.
