@futchspock It is art, but art can be critiqued, that graffiti is boring, both in style and message, also let's not forget that acrylic paints are literally microplastic goo with pigmentation in them.

While objectively this may look cool to some, in most cases it is still vandalism.

People will sniff it out in a second if you go in with the mission of meeting someone.

Try some new stuff, feel around, fuck I mean speed dating is still a thing so there are certainly options.

Seen some success from others but not much.

Go to places that you'd enjoy, try to enjoy them alone and just get to know people, don't be afraid to tell them you're new or never been there. Try to keep intro topics related to the place/activity

"They" I get, even though its mostly used to refer to an ambiguous individual like "whoever does this, "they" need to-"

But without knowing context or the person, how would you know it's not someone else?

Short conversation, seemed amicable, asked where I could find him-blocked
