The Secretary of TSC joined @CGATech_UK in Bo to support the ongoing roll out of a TSC-led initiative. TSC and @MOBSSE_SL district teams are being trained on how to use #WiDeYa – our new teacher & pupil attendance & enrollment monitoring system.
Sec. Turay encouraged participants to do their best to support school leaders who will use #WiDeYa – a tablet-based app built by @CGATech_UK – because the data will help the TSC & MBSSE to improve:
Resource allocation
Payroll integrity
Teacher management &
Inclusive education
Thanks to the 60 primary schools in 5 districts that took part in testing our new teacher and pupil attendance & enrolment system #WiDeYa last month. Feedback helped shape the next phase - rollout to 300 schools nationwide in March. #EducationTransformation@MOBSSE_SL@WorldBank
